Shipping & Return


Processing will begin as soon as your order has been accepted. Keeping in mind that each piece is made to order, deliveries will be made in 7-14 days. Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments in which case you will be notified with a tracking number for each individual shipment that is dispatched. We provide free standard shipping throughout the country at no additional cost. Express delivery charges will be borne by the customer.



  •       -Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  •       **Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  •       Worldwide Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.


The prices of products are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties. Customers are responsible for customs, taxes and duties for worldwide orders.




Our policy for returns, refunds and cancellations will be as follows :

Returns & Refunds -

If you wish to return your product you would have to ship it to us within 10 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Refunds requested after the refund period of 10 days have elapsed are void. 

In the case of a cancellation, intimate us through the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website. Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

 -Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-If approved, your refund will be processed and you will automatically be credited through your original method of payment within 14 working days



-If you haven’t received a refund yet, do re-check your bank account.

-Contact your credit card/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

* For Made-To-Measure Orders

As all made-to-measure orders are unique and cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order. We can alter the garments if required depending on the form of the product. If you wish to alter your product you would have to ship it to us within 10 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
